- Complete the secure
online form with your name, address,
phone, etc.. choose a User I.D. and
Password so that you can access the
secure section of the web site.

- Immediately you will
be given guest access to the IMG®
Producer Area and be issued a unique
agent number. Please keep this number
for your records. Your agency request
will then be reviewed and you will be
notified when you will have complete
access. Please allow 24 hours to be
reviewed.

- Once you have your
agent number and complete access you can
start selling.
|
- To receive
commissions you will need to complete
and sign both the IMG Agent Application
and the W-9 Tax form. Fax or mail both
forms with a copy of your insurance
